We at Toronto Accessible Transportation are committed to providing a prompt, courteous and reliable service. We encourage all seniors and persons with disabilities to take advantage of the independence and flexibility that is provided by our accessible service.

A leader in transportation we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Although we strongly recommend you call in advance to make your reservation, we will try accommodate your on-demand requests.

Our call center consists of well-trained Customer Service Representatives and experienced Dispatchers who utilize current technology and customized software to process all your requests. Currently, we are using Bell Canada's Nortel PBX Meridian Option 11 with ACD software and TAPI server applications in conjunction with Softcab, a customized software package. We are also experimenting with GPS technology and onboard tracking systems that we will implement once the technology is fully developed and tested.

We are able to transport customers who are fully mobile or ambulatory as well as those who require assistance with or without the use of mobility devices.

We offer the following assistive programs:

• Door-to-Door
• Escort
• Professional Escort (RN or RPN).
